CDMG and RAF Properties

We are a property management team for CDMG and RAF Properties. We offer apartment, townhome and single family home options in Dothan, Napier Field, Headland and Newton. If you are interested in scheduling a tour for an available property listed on our site, please do the FREE initial application. DO NOT PAY for the background and credit unless we request it. They are self tour though so we require the initial FREE application and photo ID. After touring if you wish to continue the process, then we will request background and credit. If you qualify following that, we will schedule a phone or in person interview, check contacts and we MUST be able to confirm rental history. If you list a FAKE landlord or any information does not match the application questionnaire we will decline to continue. Basic application recommendations are 2.5-3x income to rent. We prefer credit over 650 but do not exclude anyone based on the score. Applicants should be free of evictions, bankruptcies and collections. If you cannot pay the deposit (which is typically 1 month rent) plus one month rent up front please do not apply.
